I play WGT on desktop can I play Phigolf WGT Edition?

Phigolf WGT Edition is integrated with the mobile app of WGT, you will need to download WGT on an andriod or apple phone to play with your Phigolf Swing Stick and Sensor. You can use your same WGT login details to log into the WGT mobile app and can find the Phigolf game mode in your mobile app settings.  If you want to view the game on your PC screen you can cast it from your mobile phone.
